Department of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas Division North Dakota Statewide Tracking and Reporting (NorthSTAR) Project

Building on the WellSTAR project success in California, North Dakota elected to partner with the GWPC and Voyatek to launch the North Dakota Statewide Tracking and Reporting (NorthSTAR) project. NorthSTAR implements a web-based, modern version of RBDMS based on the WellSTAR frameworks developed in California.

Voyatek is responsible for designing, building, testing, implementing, maintaining, and operating the NorthSTAR system in partnership with the GWPC and the North Dakota Department of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas Division.
