Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) California Child Support Automation System (CCSAS) Project

CCSAS was one of the largest information technology (IT) projects ever undertaken in California, spanning seven years and totaling over $800M. The project called for the custom development and implementation of a new child support system in all 58 counties. The state-of-the-art system allowed California to meet the Federal mandate for a single, statewide system and brought an end to federal sanctions.

Voyatek’s Managing Directors held several key leadership positions including the overall lead for development of the new system as well as the lead for implementing CCSAS in all 58 counties over a multi-year rollout. Voyatek staff also played key roles on architecture, testing, data conversion, and reporting.
